You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return and receive a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be in good condition
- The product should be returned in its original packaging
To start a return, simply email us at support@comfipal.com with your order number.
Our team will guide you through the process step-by-step.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@comfipal.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo or video of the issue
We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost — no hassle.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
In that case, you can return the item after delivery for a refund.
Change of Mind / Exchanges
If you change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within the 90-day period.
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns after 30 days
- Returned products must be unused and in resellable condition
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact us within 7 days.
We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution when appropriate.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received:

- It may take 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank
